MUHYI MAGAJI EXPOSED!!!

The Exposed Hypocrisy of Kano State's Anti-Graft Agency Boss: Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado - Haruna Abubakar Bebeji
Introduction:
The recent reinstatement of Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado as the chairman of the Kano State Anti-Corruption Commission raised hopes for justice and transparency in the state. However, recent revelations have exposed his double standards and hypocrisy. It has become evident that the demolition exercises being carried out under the guise of restoring historical monuments are nothing but political vendetta aimed at the previous administration of Governor Ganduje.

While Governor Abba Yusuf has reinstated Muhyi to complete his tenure, his actions have been questioned, and his agency has come under scrutiny. Muhyi himself has confirmed that the commission will carry out investigations into the land acquisitions for justification or otherwise, but this latest revelation has cast doubt on his ability to carry out his duties impartially and without bias.

A Beneficiary Turned Investigator:
Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado recently stated on Trust TV that his agency would investigate those behind the alleged illegal allocation of plots of land being demolished across the state. However, it has come to light that he himself is a beneficiary of such illegal allocation. In a shocking revelation, it has been discovered that Muhyi sold his plot of land for a sum of 15 million Naira. This blatant conflict of interest raises questions about the fairness and integrity of his investigations.

The Exposed Land Allocation Scam:
One of the developers involved in the alleged illegal land allocation Alhaji Ismaila Bello, who is the Organizing Secretary BUK-Haure Property Owners Forum, has came forward with further details. He reveals that Muhyi's plot of land, located opposite Kano Foundation Building along BUK Road, has now been transformed into a car selling company. The developer further adds that other prominent individuals, including Late Alhaji Bashir Tofa, Alhaji Wada Aliyu Gaya, Abdulaziz Ganduje, and others, also benefited from the illegal allocation.

The Accusations of Hypocrisy and Injustice:
The developer, Mr. Bello accuses Muhyi of hypocrisy and injustice for actively participating in the demolition of properties that were allocated through the same illegal means he benefited from. It is clear that Muhyi's actions contradict the principles of fairness and impartiality that should be foundational to an anti-graft agency. Alhaji Ismaila Bello rightly highlights the irony of Muhyi leading the charge against those whose properties were allocated by the previous administration.
Political Vendetta Disguised as Monument Restoration:
The ongoing demolition exercises have been justified under the pretext of protecting and restoring historical monuments in Kano. However, it is evident that the demolitions are politically motivated. Prominent figures from the previous administration, including Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and former Governor Ganduje, have also benefited from similar land allocations. Yet, their properties have been left unscathed. This selective targeting raises suspicions about the true intentions behind the demolitions.

Conclusion:
The exposure of Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado's hypocrisy and double standards has dealt a severe blow to the credibility and integrity of the Kano State Anti-Corruption Commission. The ongoing demolition exercises, which were presented by the current government as a noble endeavor to restore historical monuments, have been exposed as a political vendetta aimed at the previous administration. It is imperative that the people of Kano demand transparency, fairness, and accountability from their leaders to rid the state of corruption in all its forms.
It is also imperative that the Kano State Anti-Corruption Commission operates with the utmost integrity and transparency to maintain public trust. The revelations surrounding Muhyi call into question the credibility of the entire agency, and the ongoing demolition exercise must be reviewed to ensure it is not being carried out with political motives. It is crucial that the government remains committed to its anti-corruption efforts and demonstrate to the people of Kano that they are not engaging in political vendetta at the expense of justice.
